ing and using coaching/mentoring skills; providing both positive and constructive feedback; and being adaptable and able to be effective in a changing work environment.  Incumbent will assist team leaders with minimal guidance in the conduct of complex reviews.  The incumbent routinely meets with TVA management and executives outside TVA to conduct entrance conferences, exit conferences, and interviews.  May be asked to testify as an expert witness in criminal and civil cases or participate on advisory teams in TVA.  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Knowledge of network and server architectures and information security concepts.  Three years of experience auditing general computer and application controls.  Sound understanding of controls in mainframe or multi-platform, networked computing environments.  Proficient with spreadsheet, data base and presentation software.  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.  Experience in managing projects.  Must be able to pa
