r, phase rotation meter, high voltage phase meter, multi-meter, and transformer tester; terminating and splicing high and low voltage cables utilizing hand taping and pre-molded splice kit (cold or heat shrinkable); operating substation circuit breakers and relays from 4160 to 12000 volts; inspecting wiring and fixtures for conformance to specifications or electrical codes; installing single and three phase kilowatt hour meters and interpreting readings; and using proper safety apparatus, including hot sticks, rubber blankets, line hoses, rubber gloves, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes.  Full time position with benefits.  Minimum pay rate:  $29.00 per hourQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Requires high school diploma and completion of a certified Electrical Line Worker apprenticeship program or 5 years of verifiable journey level high voltage electrician experience of which 3 years must be in the installation, maintenance and operation of high/medium voltage dist
