ience are: (1) Experience working in Congressional offices and knowledge of the legislative process; (2) Knowledge of the activities and functions of relevant Congressional Committees, i.e Senate and House Judiciary, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform as well as Senate and House Appropriations; (3) Experience conducting legal research, policy and legislative analysis ; (4) Knowledge of Congressional practices and skills to apply analytical methodologies to public policy issues and legislation; (5) Experience working with local, state, or Federal drug control issues as they relate to ONDCP.Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal Service to qualify for the GS-14.
