enefit analysis, and implementation plans for new or upgraded desktop computer technologies for inclusion in FRTIB's infrastructure;Ensuring that adequate funding, training and resources are provided for desktop computers and back office requirements to support the Agency ‘s mission;Representing the Agency at meetings, conferences and other activities that impact the FRTIB network, server and desktop computer systems;Providing program leadership, direction, and advice to Network Operations and Office Automation technicians on hardware and software installations, configurations, and customer assistance;Serving as the Technical Monitor (TM) for onsite customer support service contracts;Monitoring software licenses for desktop computers to ensure the software is current and licenses are adequate; Participating in the planning and testing of the Agency's Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), disaster recovery and other contingency planning activities.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:H
